Phase 1A Handley Chase is the first phase of a prominent housing development located on a main thoroughfare to and from Sleaford. The overall masterplan includes plans for a total of 1,450 dwellings, primary school, care home and local centre (incorporating 5no. retail units, offices, nursery, community centre and public house).

Phase 1A sets the standard for development and includes 31 dwellings (4 and 5 bed properties) with a rich mix of materials and styles. The first phase is characterised by large detached houses set within a rural landscape which delivers opportunities for attractive landscapes, public open space, private drives, shared surfaces and SuDs features; creating a new vibrant community.
