Private House, Great Carlton, Lincolnshire

A self-build timber-framed energy efficient home incorporating a NIBE ground source heat pump. Underfloor heating is fitted throughout, plus a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system. Solar panels power the hot water supply. The roof consists of traditional clay pantiles giving a rustic look, to fit in with the local vernacular.

The ground floor accommodation consists of Sitting Room, Study, Dining, Den, Kitchen, Utility, Pantry, Garden Store, Double Garage and Courtyard. The first floor incorporates 4 ensuite bedrooms and dressing rooms.
