New state-of-the-art waste depot incorporating built-in rainwater harvesting system for cutting down water use for cleaning fleet of vehicles.

The development comprises an operational depot for the storage and maintenance of HGVs and also administration facilities comprising offices, meeting rooms and staff locker/drying rooms. Staff and visitor parking is to the front of the site and HGVs are parked within the secure compound to the rear.

The development includes seven self contained industrial units with their separate access, comprising a total of 10,000 sq ft.

External materials comprise metal profiled cladding and facing brickwork to the walls, metal profile cladding with ‘daylight’ rooflights to the roof and polyester powder coated aluminium windows.
