Work to Grade II Listed private hospital to provide a new central bedlift and stair to restructure circulation between departments.

The theatres department was enlarged and re-planned to meet current standards.

The work was completed while the hospital was in constant use and opened in 2008 as Lincoln BMI Hospital.
