Jonathan Martin Roberts

Jonathan joined John Roberts Architects in 1996 following the earlier retirement of his father John Roberts from the practice and shortly after assumed a Directorial role. Having benefited from working previously in other private practices including Richard Rodgers Partnership, Peter Manton Architects and the
Sir Charles Nicholson Group he developed his keen understanding and appreciation of commercial design and development.
Jonathan studied architecture and town planning at Sheffield University and has a great appreciation for good design, and believes that the art of successful architecture is the ability to combine good design with commercial reality.
Jonathan's background in special needs and healthcare development enables him to successfully head our Healthcare Team whilst providing overall input into many other areas of the practice. In addition Jonathan is responsible for much of the company's development and the client relationships it enjoys.
