Ron Oldham MBIAT

Ron joined John Roberts Architects in 1965 having previously worked in both public sector and private practice. His experience extends from Local Authority Planning and Architecture with East Lindsey District Council and Lincolnshire County Council to private practice with Edward Craven ARIBA.
During his time with the practice he has been responsible for multi-million pound commercial developments throughout the UK, specialising in food related factory projects and continues to provide much of the client liaison service for the firm.
Ron became an Associate in 1967 and progressed to become a Director in 1974 and following the retirement of John Roberts he became the Managing Director in 1993. Ron's extensive experience in town planning enables him to offer an invaluable asset to the practice in dealing with difficult planning appeals. He is able to act as an expert witness and also deals with party wall matters. In addition to his various managerial duties, Ron continues to participate in project development and contract administration and is responsible for generating and maintaining the company's client relationships.
